| Richard CookBiog: New to road racing in 2008 'Cookie' is racing his first full season in 2009, trying to juggle the demands of training with of a family of three children and running Cycle-coaching.com. His scientific approach to training leaves no stone unturned in order to get the that extra percent. |

A cunning racer who knows how to stay out the way of trouble. Always manages to turn in a good performance after stringing together secret Friday afternoon training sessions. |

Always hungry for the bike this dedicated athlete will have you grovelling on his wheel when you least expect it. National Emergeny Services champion in 2008 was one result of a great season. |
